Russell Werts began working with our office in 2013. He became an associate attorney in January of 2016. Russell's passion for law and family has led him into the legal field of Assisted Reproductive Technology. Russell has taught Assisted Reproduction Technology Law at the University of La Verne, College of Law in January of 2022.

Russell has always had a passion for knowledge and education. After graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Azusa Pacific University, Russell went on to receive a Teaching Credential in Math and finish with a Master's Degree in Teaching from Chapman University.

In May of 2015, Russell graduated “Cum Laude” from Western State College of Law with a Juris Doctorate. While attending law school, he was a member of the Family Law Society. Russell passed the July 2015 California State Bar Exam and became a licensed attorney in the State of California.

Russell has already begun building a strong reputation by dedicating his time and energy to each individual client. The personal approach Russell takes provides the compassion necessary to make the process of assisted reproduction easier. He's very knowledgeable in this area and has a passion for helping create and grow families.

In 2013, Russell married Janine Werts. He is the youngest of Mark's three children. His passion for strong families drove his decision to join this law practice. Russell enjoys helping families with the legal issues surrounding assisted reproduction.
